Job Description : STAGES St. Louis is seeking
an Audio Engineer for “Meet Me in St. Louis.”
The Audio Engineer will run live sound from a mixing board
and EQ the house. Responsibilities include design, install,
and maintenance of the public address system and microphone
plan for each production. He/she will run and maintain the

Job Description: The Rialto Center for the
Performing Arts is seeking a Production Coordinator/Chief
Sound Engineer. Qualified canidates should have at least four
years experience working with state of the art sound equipment;
know how to maintain gear (including but not limited to speakers,
amps, boards, mics, cables, etc.); and have an understanding
of standard engineering principles in a concert hall environment.
The coordinator will be reponsible for the upkeep and maintenance
of the Rialto\'s audio inventory, and will assist the Stage
Manager in supervising the backstage crew and executing advance
show plans. The coordinator will also interact with clientele
to prepare for and execute all shows and as such must demonstrate
excellent communication skills, and the ability to show grace
under pressure. Canidates must be able to work long hours
on nights and weekends, have no fear of heights, be physically
fit, and posess reliable transportation.
The coordinator will be responsible for FOH and/or monitor
engineering all events at the Rialto Center and as such should
be well versed in engineering all types of performances including
jazz, world music, dance, theatre, as well speeches and A/V
presentations.
The Rialto Center for the Performing Arts is a unit of the
Department of Finance & Administration at Georgia State
University and is a non-union facility. Interested applicants
